Sinnreich is a social project that brings together different communities in the Viamala region, ARBES psychiatric services and Viamala Tourism. There are an impressive number of social institutions in the valley. The aim of the project was to realise „Sinnesinseln“ (islands of sense) with these institutions, which serve as a place of recreation for inhabitants, guests and relevant groups, and which respond specifically to the location. I designed the „Sinnesinseln“, which consist of a portal and seating islands and are composed of site-specific materials.
